Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m., offering our guests the flexibility to arrive and begin their stay comfortably.

 

2. What time is check-out from the rooms?
Check-out must be completed before 12:00 p.m., allowing our housekeeping team to prepare the rooms for incoming guests.

 

3. Do you offer luggage storage on the day of arrival or departure?
Yes, we provide luggage storage service both on the day of arrival and on the day of departure, so you can enjoy the city without worrying about your bags.

 

4. Is breakfast service available?
We do not offer in-house breakfast service. However, you’ll find a wide range of options around the hotel: vegan breakfasts, brunch cafés, artisanal bakeries, organic coffee shops, patisseries, and classic Spanish breakfasts with churros or toasted bread with tomato, olive oil, and ham. Given the area’s extensive culinary offer, we prefer to recommend the best nearby spots.

 

5. What is the hotel’s smoking policy?
In accordance with current regulations and to maintain a healthy environment, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel premises.

6. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel in order to ensure a calm and comfortable environment for all our guests.

No, babies and children are not permitted. Due to the type of license we hold, we can only accommodate adult guests.

No, our facilities only feature double rooms.

This policy is intended to ensure a calm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for guests who wish to enjoy a stay free from noise and disturbances typical of younger environments.

Yes, we occasionally offer special promotions and discounts for direct bookings made through our website, with exclusive rates and additional benefits.

 

15. Why is payment required at the time of booking?
Payment is processed at the time of booking to guarantee confirmation and secure your stay, providing peace of mind both for guests and for our management team.

16. What is the tourist tax applied to accommodation?
The current tourist tax is €4.68 per person per night, in accordance with local regulations, contributing to the sustainable tourism development of Barcelona.

 

17. What VAT rate applies to reservations?
VAT (10%) is included in all our prices, as is the tourist tax, ensuring transparency and clarity in the final amounts.

18. Is daily housekeeping provided?
Yes, all rooms are cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and comfort throughout your stay.

 

19. Are bathroom amenities included?
Yes, amenities are included and consist of high-quality products: hypoallergenic body wash, gentle shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizing body lotion.

 

20. Is a hairdryer provided in the rooms?
Yes, each room is equipped with a professional 2,100 W hairdryer, ideal for long hair and designed for quick and comfortable drying.

21. Is a hair straightener available?
Yes, we have hair straighteners available upon request at reception, and our team will be happy to provide one for you.

 

22. Are the rooms equipped with Smart TVs?
Yes, all rooms feature the latest-generation Smart TVs with built-in Chromecast, allowing you to enjoy your favorite platforms and content.

 

23. Is there a minibar available in the rooms?
No, our rooms are not equipped with a minibar. However, on the first floor you’ll find refrigerators stocked with complimentary water, milk, tea, and coffee, as well as a shared fridge exclusively for guest use.

Additional Services
 

24. Do you offer an ironing service for garments such as shirts or trousers?
Yes, we provide an external ironing service (€10 per garment), which must be requested 24 hours in advance. In addition, we offer a high-power iron and a professional ironing board free of charge for personal use.

 

25. Do you offer express dry-cleaning service?
Yes, we offer express dry-cleaning upon request, with 24 hours’ notice. Please check the price list by garment type at reception.

26. Is it possible to book airport transfers?
Yes, we can arrange airport transfers through our concierge service. There are also taxis available right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around easy and with no additional booking fees.

 

27. Do you offer a free airport transfer service?
We do not offer complimentary transfers, but we can arrange a comfortable and safe service with competitive rates for our guests.

 

28. Are beach towels provided?
Yes, beach towels are available with a refundable deposit of €10, which is managed at the reception.

 

Location
 

29. In which area is the hotel located?
We are located in the heart of Barcelona, at Plaça Urquinaona, just a few steps from Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas, and Passeig de Gràcia, the city’s cultural and commercial epicenter.

 

30. How far is the nearest beach?
The nearest beach is approximately 1.5 km away, easily accessible on foot or by public transport, allowing you to enjoy Barcelona’s sea and sunshine.

 

31. Is there parking available near the hotel?
Yes, there are several public car parks just 5 minutes from the hotel. We recommend two options: Aumasa – Ronda Sant Pere, located on Carrer d’Ausiàs Marc, 24, and Parking Novedades Barcelona, about 400 meters away, with daily rates between €19 and €24, enhanced security, and the option to book through the Interparking website to obtain the best prices.
